Hello, everyone!!! What a surprise! I've found time to update my blog!!! WOO HOOO!!!

Well, what can I say? I've been working and I have been busy having a good time. Like last weekend, we went to see Little Brother concert (we even got to talk to those guys!!! Oh, and my husband got them to sign the cover of the CDs!!!) and then the very following day, we went to a casting call for a student film. Well, nothing major, but a little something to do for fun and to gain experience from.

This Friday, I'm scheduled to work 2 jobs back to back and right after that, we are supposed to go see Ghostface Killah performing!!! YUP GHOSTFACE KILLAH!!! You know what? I already what to say to him, too. "UUmm....I don't want an autograph or anything, but there's one thing I want to know. .....WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TAKING ABOUT IN MOST OF YOUR SONGS?!?!?!"  LOL LOL LOL But yeah, I'm not too tired from working, I definitely would love to make the concert.

Matter of fact, today is my only day off so far which means let me go. I need to ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

 

aaaaaaahhhh....I'm so tired! We have been walking and catching buses since this morning. And it seems like it is how it has to be for awhile until our car gets here which wouldn't probably happen for 3 months.  

One thing I like though. Buses in the States have an AC!!! Germany buses sure are not equipped with Air Condition! Imagine how stinky and hot it is inside a bus during summer time. And yeah, Germans stink! LOL

Anyway, I went to Austin Community College to find out about what to do so I can start my classes. And the way it looks I gotta take a compass test!!!!!!  Do ya'll know how long has it been since I was last in school solving math problems?!?! I might have been good 5-6 years ago, but dang it was 5-6 years ago!! And I sure didn't keep solving math problems while I was staying at home taking care of my son! LOL LOL

Anyway, my test is scheduled for next Thursday. Up until then I will have to study my butt off!!! wish my luck, yo!!

WOO HOOO!!!!!!!!! Guess what!!!!!! I AM BACK!!!!

YUP!! I am back on the American soil!!! Good Bye to Germany! Good Bye to the Army! Good Bye to the military! Good Bye to all the BS! I AM FREE!!!!! YAY!!!!!

Well, this is my first day here. After a 9 hr. flight from Germany to Chicago and 4 hr. from Chicago to Austin, ya'll could imagine how exhausted I was yesterday.

WOOO HOOOOOO!!!!! I'm so HAPPY!! :D

Sorry ya'll.....I have been neglecting my lounge for a looooooong time! Yeah...yeah..yeah...I suck. But this was what happened.

Our neighbor whose inernet connection we have been 'borrowing' from moved out, but luckily my husband's laptop could pick up another connection....like everything else, it would have been just too good to be true, my laptop, therefore, is not as advance as my husband's so it couldn't really any other connections for anything. ....it sucks!

What can I say...I don't really like his laptop so I gave up the internet altogether....well, until we move to the States. ...but since ya'll miss me, I guess I gotta make a come-back!

Maiinneee.....

I've been working out for the past years off and on (4 weeks of working out and 3 week long break), but I've just managed to be persistent 6 months ago even though I just had my FIRST  3 -week long break recently LOL LOL 

Anyway, my focus was muscle gain (as everyone knows more muscle mass = faster metabolism = more efficient fat loss).

Result: my weight has gained, but I still fit in my clothes so I assume I have gained muscles as I had wanted to. However, instead of looking slimmer, but toned; my body mass has seemed to get bigger, especially my legs and my arms. My waist is still the same  which is 25. Toned, but not smaller as I wished.

So I figure I might need to burn off more fat which means more cardio. Right now I just have too much flab. 

However, my old workout routine consisted of 4 x 30-min of high intensity cardio each week and 3-4x 45-60 min. of weight training.

So I made a change in my routine. I have added a cardio week in which I focus on only cardio instead of weight training.

1 cardio week per month :
4 days - 60 min. of cardio + 30 min weight training.
(I break my cardio routine in 2 parts. If one is done on a treadmill, the last 30 min. will be on a stepper to avoid boredom)

Normal week:

2 days - 30 min. cardio + 60 min. weight training
2 days - 45-50 min. cardio + 30-45 min. of weight training.

Cardio machines: Stepper, treadmill and spinning bike

I also would change to light weight with higher reps instead of heavy weight with lower reps. Either that or I will lift heavy just one week and during the other three I will change up between medium and light.

Well, I'll post up  progress pics in 3 months...if there will be an visible progress.

But I don't look aaaaall that bad in my jeans, right?! (say yes say yes!!!! )
